1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FiberFinder ("the Service"), operated by FiberFinder LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FiberFinder provides broadband availability information, provider comparisons, coverage maps, speed testing tools, and competitive intelligence services for internet service providers. Consumer-facing features are provided free of charge. ISP-facing features may require a paid subscription.

3. Data Accuracy

FiberFinder relies on data from the FCC Broadband Data Collection and other publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all provider availability information is current or complete. Broadband availability can change as providers build or modify their networks. We recommend confirming availability directly with the provider before making purchasing decisions.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute Service data without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FiberFinder LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our analysis, rankings, and derived data products are proprietary. Raw FCC data remains in the public domain as provided by the federal government.

7. Paid Services

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiberFinder LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
