The fine print

• What earns credits: a real, recent, identifiable ISP communication or sighting. First-of-kind tips earn the most.
• What doesn't: blurry photos, fake or AI-generated mail pieces, tips you didn't actually receive, duplicates of something already on file, anything older than 60 days.
• How fast: we review within 72 hours and credit your account once we've verified the sender. Pay-outs go out weekly to Amazon gift cards via email.
• Privacy: if you photograph a mail piece, we will redact your name and street address before publishing anything publicly. We never share, sell, or display your bill account number.
• Caps: $50 / user / month, 10 tips / user / day.
